Sheila and Mary did an amazing job assisting us with our purchase of a "new construction" home. We were not local, so we could not stop by in person to see the progress. Sheila and Mary facilitated video meetings with the builder, and always made sure to advocate for us and to make sure that the progress stayed on target. My partner and I were planning to move to Billings and took a trip to get the lay of the land! We needed to begin the process of what goes I
into moving over states lines. Last minute from our short weekend, we reached out to a realtor whose phone number was on a sign infront of a housing structure we loved. Little did we know Sheila Larsen would be the greatest part of our weekend. She immediately returned our call on Halloween weekend, and gave us a tour of Billings within 8 hour notice. She was insightful, caring, knowledgeable of every neighborhood, housing structures, builders, and what billing has to offer! It truly was a blessing to receive the help of someone like Sheila. We went to Zillow without knowing anyone in the area and by chance were assigned Mary. She went above and beyond as we we were looking for a new house. Sheila was fantastic to work with. We live over 400 miles away and did not have the ability to meet on short notice to view a property. Sheila asked all the right questions to get to know us and our needs. She would send us links to properties that she thought would work for us. When I was in Billings she arranged showings that fit our requirements. Ultimately the perfect property came up and we were able to purchase it. All along my wife and I felt that she was working as our advocate and putting our needs first. We would recommend her without reservation. In addition her associate Mary was very helpful and responsive as well.
