Sheila was a pleasure to work with in finding our first home. We had a 4 day period in which to find our home, as we were traveling from a different state, and Sheila spent a majority of her time with us showing us 10 homes. She is extremely knowledgeable on the entire city of Billings (and beyond) as we looked at homes all over town. She really put my husband and me at ease and gave us confidence that we would find a perfect home for us. We walked away from our first home buying experience amazed at how seamless and easy the whole process was and that is completely due to Sheila! We have now been in our home for a little over a year and I still correspond with Sheila with any questions that I have. She is always prompt and friendly in her response. I couldn't recommend Sheila highly enough!

Sheila is excellent! She did a wonderful job helping us sell our home for a competitive price, as well as, helping us negotiate a finished basement for our new home! Sheila understands the local housing market and she has a great work ethic. We are busy with work and family, Sheila made herself available at times that were convenient for us. Sheila helped us in staging our home to make it more marketable. Sheila showed us several homes that fit our criteria and was very responsive to emails/texts. Sheila is personable and honest. She has hustle and tenacity, which is exactly what we were looking for in a real estate professional. We will work with Sheila again!

Sheila was so amazing to work with again on the sale of our house. She has such great knowledge of the area and priced our home absolutely right. It sold quickly and the process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Sheila Larsen to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Sheila helped me purchase my first home over 5 years ago and just recently helped me purchase my second home! When I started looking at homes a few months ago, I knew I wanted Sheila as my realtor again. I had such an amazing experience with her the first time. My wife and I worked with Sheila to both buy our new house and sell our old one. She was very friendly, fun, and listened to our concerns/expectations. She was also very available and patient with us while we searched for the perfect home. When it came to selling our old house, it was done in no time and at a price we felt was fair. She is amazing and will help you with anything that you need. We were looking to buy a house, but with the situation of the COVID-19 nothing happened. But Sheila was very helpful showing us houses and then helping me to find a place to rent.

We couldn’t have found our way through the process of selling our home without Sheila. She has a wealth of expertise and knowledge. We called and texted often, and she always listened to and answered our many questions and concerns. Sheila was there for us. When our first buyer backed out of the deal, Sheila reassured us, started showing our house immediately, and two days later we had a buyer again! I highly recommend Sheila Larsen. She’s the best!
