We recently moved to Billings and when we decided to buy a house here, Sheila was referred to us by a good friend and Realtor in Missoula. We met with Sheila, felt very good about the potential relationship and off we went. We put together our "wish" list and Sheila went to work on it. She found our house within a couple of weeks, did an awesome job negotiating a very good price, primarily due to her knowledge of the market, connected us with a great banker, followed every detail through and we closed on it two weeks ago. Sheila came to us from the start with a plan to sell our property and had done her homework on our neighborhood to help us price our home appropriately. She was very pro-active in following up with potential buyers after open houses and showings. We liked the fact that she initiated the contact with us, not us always calling to find out what was going on with our property. We knew she cared about us and helping get our property sold.

I would recommend Sheila Larsen to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. Sheila helped my husband and I sell our first house this summer, and prepared a thorough, informative market analysis to make sure we priced the property aggressively but fairly. Before listing the home, she hired a professional photographer to take interior and exterior pictures for her website. They turned our beautifully and generated tons of interest in the house. Sheila was great about following up any leads and scheduled multiple showings every day. Because of her diligence, we were able to sell our house within two weeks of listing. During the inspection and appraisal, we discovered there was a structural issue with the home that needed to be addressed prior to closing. Sheila has countless relationships with professionals in the Billings area and an excellent reputation which enabled her to have contractors on site within 24 hours. We had the work done for a fair price in time for the scheduled closing. She followed up almost daily to make sure everything was on track and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. My husband and I would not hesitate to use Sheila as a contact for any future real estate transactions.
