Sheila Larsen is a true professional every step of the way. We have been involved in numerous real estate transactions over the years and have worked with several different agents, most of them very good, but Sheila takes the prize. Beginning with the market analysis, she prepared a thorough and impressive presentation. She held multiple open houses for both Realtors and the public and gave us detailed feedback after each one. When another agent contacted her to show it, she immediately notified us even though we had moved out, and then followed up with that agent the same day to let us know how it went. She sent us weekly reports on listings, sales, and properties under contract. She was always eager to answer questions or give advice and was prompt in returning her calls. Sheila cares deeply about her clients and it shows.

Sheila was wonderful to work with. She was patient and very helpful as well as knowledgeable. She was not pushy at all and she listened to what we said we wanted and didn’t show us things we couldn’t afford. If I needed a realtor in Billings again I would definitely choose Sheila. She is the best

Working with Sheila and her team was a very positive experience. She was honest, hard working, and had good advice. She was selling my elderly parents house, which was basically their nest egg. If I ever have to work with an agent again, it will be her. There are others out there that don't put in the time and expect the commission. That isn't her at all. Greatly appreciated all she did for our family.

Sheila worked with me when moving from out of state. She was patient as I looked at existing homes and listened to my preferences in what I was looking for and what was important to me. When I ultimately decided to build a new home, she pointed me to a a wonderful builder.
