Sheila makes the process of buying a home almost effortless. She listened to my list of priorities and wishes and found me the perfect home. All in ONE day. Each home that we toured filled my checklist. But then there was that one perfect one for me. I am from out of town and Sheila stayed at the office late to fill out the paper work...explained and guided me through the endless papers that needed signing. She answered any questions I had before the closing immediately. Sheila is one of those rare people who is on time and knowledgeable about the housing market in Billings.

Sheila did a fantastic job finding us a new home and helping us through the process (and we were first time buyers needing some assistance with getting trough the process). We will most certainly be asking her to help us again if we decide to move!

Sheila was great. Very nice, but will not get pushed around when negotiating. She was very patient and helpful in our family finding a home in the price range and area we were looking. If I sell or buy another home , Sheila would be my first call.
