She sent us referrals for lenders and mortgages brokers, helped us to define the kind of house we were looking for, helped in every way to make our trans-state move as easy as possible. Her expertise in housing was apparent from the first viewing. She went more than the proverbial mile when she spent an entire four-day weekend with us to find the perfect house for our needs in the best location and at the right price. Sheila's expertise included heating, plumbing, roofing, electrical - all the essentials that home buyers sometimes overlook when they love a house.

Sheila was wonderful! She is very professional and easy to work with. When we sold our house, we needed it to sell quickly, and she guided us very well to "price it to sell" vs pricing it too high to have it sit too long. We had a great offer in 3 days! She knows the Billings area (and surroundings) very well and I trusted her judgement. She came recommended to me from a friend, and I'd happily refer her to anyone else needing a great realtor!

Sheila was exemplary in representing us as home sellers and buyers. I felt that she had our best interest at heart throughout the entire working relationship - not pushing us to purchase a home that would not fit our family, nor encouraging us to make significant concessions regarding the sale of our home. She was quite adept at listening to our needs, making suggestions, and offering appropriate insight regarding the various properties that we entertained. She was also quite willing to work with our family needs, scheduling around our 2 small children's needs, and made them feel like an important part of the process too. She has a wonderful knowledge of the area and housing market in Billings. I would use her services again without hesitation. She is phenomenal!

Shelia spent weeks with us both showing us homes or checking in with us when we went to open houses on our own. She never was too busy or out of touch. At last we feel in love and immediately called Sheila. She jumped into action that day and walked us through the process. Not long after we had Sheila put an offer in we got the news that another couple was just slightly faster. However, all hope was not lost as the builder was planning the exact house we had fallen in love with. Sheila brought us the good news and helped us navigate through the paperwork. As the builder brought ourhome to life Sheila checked in with us. The day we signed the papers to make our dream a reality Sheila stood by us and helped to explain everything. I had never bought a house let alone had one built. Sheila made me feel prepared. If my husband and I had a question or concern she immediately responded and did what was needed.
